We expect to publish ND26 speaker keynotes in September 2026 as new ticket sales open.
Tiffany Yu is a disability rights advocate, entrepreneur, and the founder of Diversability, a community of 80,000+ people on a mission to elevate disability pride, build disability power, and advance disability leadership. She's the author of The Anti-Ableist Manifesto, a 3x TEDx speaker, a World Top-10 para climbing athlete, and was named to the Forbes Accessibility 100.
After a car accident at age nine left her with a brachial plexus injury and took the life of her father, Tiffany grew up navigating a world where she rarely saw anyone who looked like her in positions of visibility or leadership. That absence shaped everything—her advocacy, her work, and her refusal to let disability remain something people only whisper about. She started her career at Goldman Sachs and founded Diversability while still a student at Georgetown.
At NeuroDiversion, Tiffany shared her deeply personal journey of becoming the representation she couldn't find growing up—and what it really takes to show up fully as yourself when the world hasn't made space for you yet.

Join us at our next NeuroDiversion gathering to hear from amazing speakers, connect with the community, and celebrate neurodiversity.
