This policy explains what we collect when you use NeuroDiversion's CE courses at neurodiversion.org, and what we do with it. It covers NeuroDiversion, LLC ("NeuroDiversion," "we," "us"), 1920 East Riverside Dr #A120, Austin, TX 78741.

Free resources and email signup

When you use the AuDHD reflection, routine builder, or support-card builder, your answers and generated content stay in your browser tab. They are not sent to us. We use Google Analytics to count general actions such as starting a tool, viewing an offer, copying a routine, or opening a next step. Those events do not include your answers, scores, message text, or inferred traits.

If you sign up for a free resource, we send your email address to Kit to manage your subscription. Signup events in Google Analytics include the page and signup source, not your email address. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. Standard website analytics and advertising tags may also collect page and device information; this is separate from the private answers inside these tools.

What we collect

Account info: your name and email address.
Purchase info: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe — we receive a confirmation and limited card metadata, but we never see or store your full card number.
Course activity: your progress, assessment results, completion, and the certificate we issue.
Evaluation responses: feedback you give about a course (used to maintain course records and improve the courses).
Basic technical data: standard log and device information your browser sends, plus a login-session cookie so you stay signed in.

How we use it

To give you access to the courses you bought and to save your place.
To grade assessments, issue certificates, and keep course completion records.
To email you transactional messages: sign-in links, receipts, and certificate delivery.
To email you course news or offers only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
To improve our courses and platform.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the platform:

Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts)
Kit — email list and marketing (only if you've opted in)
Cloudflare — video hosting and our records/enrollment database
Netlify — website hosting

We may also share records with a licensing or credentialing body if it's needed to verify CE credit, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep course completion records for at least 5 years to meet recordkeeping and audit requirements. Other data we keep as long as your account is active or as needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data — email team@neurodiversion.org.
Please note: we may need to retain completion records even after an account is closed, to meet audit, legal, or compliance requirements.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

Children

Our courses are for professionals and aren't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
