Common questions

Is there an application or approval process?
No, but we do ask that vendors align with our values — respectful, inclusive, and genuinely supportive of the neurodivergent community. If we feel a vendor isn't a fit after purchase, we'll reach out.
Is there a deadline?
Early-bird pricing runs through August 31, 2026—on September 1, every booth's price goes up. Booths are also first-come, so the best spots (and the four corner booths) can sell out before then. Reserving early locks both the rate and your pick of the floor.
What happens after I pay?
You'll get a Stripe receipt immediately, followed by a short vendor info form to gather your brand details, booth setup preferences, and contact info.
Who qualifies for the Maker's Marketplace Table?
This tier is limited to independent makers, artists, and solo business owners — people who make or create their own products. It's not available to larger brands or organizations. We'll follow up to confirm eligibility after purchase.
What are the dates and location?
ND27 takes place March 25–28, 2027 in Austin, Texas. The ND Expo will be held on two of those days, March 26–27. Vendors who sign up now get the best booth selection.
Can I transfer or get a refund on my booth?
Booth purchases are non-refundable but transferable. If your situation changes, email us at partners@neurodiversion.org and we'll work something out.
Can I exhibit if my brand isn't based in Austin?
Absolutely! Most of our vendors travel in, just like most of our global attendee base. We'll have a vendor resource guide with recommended hotels, shipping tips, and load-in logistics closer to the event.
