Terms of Service
NeuroDiversion Continuing Education · Last updated July 8, 2026
Welcome to NeuroDiversion's continuing education (CE) courses. These terms are the agreement between you and NeuroDiversion, LLC ("NeuroDiversion," "we," "us"), 1920 East Riverside Dr #A120, Austin, TX 78741, when you buy or use our courses at neurodiversion.org. By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the courses.
1. Who can use this
Our CE courses are made for practicing professionals and are intended for adults 18 and older.
2. What we provide
- Online, self-paced CE courses, each with video lessons, a post-course assessment, and a certificate of completion.
- A certificate is issued when you pass the assessment and complete the required steps.
- CE credit: We are seeking NBCC ACEP (National Board for Certified Counselors, Approved Continuing Education Provider) approval. Until that approval is granted, certificates note "seeking NBCC ACEP status." You are responsible for confirming that your licensing board or credentialing body will accept a given certificate for credit. We don't guarantee acceptance by any specific board.
3. Your account and access
- We use email-based sign-in (a "magic link") — there's no password. Keep access to your email secure.
- Your access is for you personally. Don't share your login or your course access with anyone else.
4. Payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
- You're responsible for any applicable taxes unless we collect them at checkout.
5. Refunds
Our courses are digital and delivered instantly, so our refund terms are simple:
- Before you access a course: if you haven't opened it yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. "Opened" means you've started any lesson or video.
- After you access a course: once you open it, the sale is final and we can't offer a refund. This is standard for digital products you can use immediately, and it protects the integrity of CE credit.
- Packs (multiple courses): we can refund only the courses in a pack that you haven't opened yet.
- If something isn't working: if a course won't load or you can't reach something you paid for, that's on us — email team@neurodiversion.org and we'll fix your access or make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
To request a refund, email team@neurodiversion.org with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the course. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
6. Course content and intellectual property
- All course materials — videos, text, handouts, and assessments — are owned by us or our licensors and are for your personal professional use.
- Don't copy, share, resell, record, or redistribute course content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no attempting to break security, scrape content, share accounts, or use the courses in any way that violates the law.
8. Educational purpose — not clinical or legal advice
Our courses are for professional education. They are not a substitute for clinical judgment, supervision, legal advice, or individualized care. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn in your own practice.
9. Disclaimers and limits
- The courses are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we don't warrant they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
10. Changes
We may update these terms or our courses over time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
