About Ky

Kyrus Keenan Westcott—known online as Ky—is the creator behind The Vibe With Ky, a platform where more than two million people navigate ADHD, anxiety, introversion, and mental health with humor and zero toxic positivity. An award-winning actor and performer with a BFA in Theatre from Rider University, Ky pivoted to content creation after a late ADHD diagnosis at 35 reshaped his understanding of his entire life.

What started as personal posts became a thriving community across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, plus a podcast where he goes deeper with expert guests. His work has been recognized by JCI USA as one of their Ten Outstanding Young Americans, and he was invited to the White House Creator Economy Summit to discuss mental health in content creation.

At NeuroDiversion, Ky delivered an honest, unflinching talk about the days when positive thinking isn't enough—and why giving yourself permission to be frustrated with your own brain can actually be a step toward real self-compassion.
