If social situations make you break out in a cold sweat, this workshop's for you. Amy Clover, neuroaffirming health coach and somatic practitioner, will teach multiple somatic (body-based) exercises to promote safety and resilience to use before, during and after social situations. This won't be your run-of-the-mill self-talk practice; this is a way of working what you feel through your body without needing to verbalize it. This is not a movement workshop; we'll focus on feelings and bodily sensations while seated, standing or lying down (your choice).
