Neurodivergent-Owned Businesses
A neurodivergent-owned business is founded or led by someone who identifies as ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent. Which, as it turns out, is a lot of businesses—some of the most useful work being done for our community is being done by people who’ve lived what they’re building against.
This directory has 73 listings—57 of them neurodivergent-owned, with others building real ND-affirming products or services. Coaches, products, tech tools, books, nonprofits, and more. No affiliate schemes. No pay-to-play rankings.

How the vetting works
Every listing applied through our submission form and was reviewed by our team. Two signals you’ll see on cards:
- ND-Owned—the business self-identifies as founded or led by someone who is neurodivergent
- ND Expo—the business has exhibited at our annual event, which means an additional layer of engagement and vetting
We don’t take affiliate commissions on directory listings. Businesses apply, get reviewed, get listed. That’s the whole model.
Frequently asked questions
What does it mean for a business to be neurodivergent-owned?
A neurodivergent-owned business is founded or led by someone who identifies as ADHD, autistic, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodivergent. Listings tagged “ND-Owned” self-identified that way on their application.
How do businesses get listed in the directory?
Businesses apply through our submission form. Every application is reviewed by our team. Listings that have exhibited at our annual event carry an additional “ND Expo” badge so you can see the extra vetting.
What kinds of businesses are in the directory?
Coaches, product companies, tech tools, advocacy groups, publishers, and other businesses serving the neurodivergent community. The directory covers five categories—Services, Products, Technology, Books & Media, and Nonprofits & Advocacy.
How is this different from a generic listicle?
Listicles are static articles that don’t update, don’t filter, and don’t let businesses apply. Our directory is a living resource with provenance (ND Expo vetting plus community application), updated throughout the year.
Can I filter the directory by specialty?
Yes. The directory supports filtering by category and by tags (ADHD, Autism, Coaching, Parenting, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and more). URL parameters are shareable, so you can bookmark or link to a specific filtered view.
All 73 listings live in the full directory, with filters for category, tags, and free-text search.
